July 9, 2010 by the support of the media partner – European Law Group, the program "Dimensions of life. Law” on TRC "Radio Era FM" was aired.  The topic of the program: "Shoplifting: protecting the rights of customers”.

Guests of the program: Olexander Ladygin - Chairman of the Ukrainian public organization "The quality of life" and Volodymyr Voytenko - legal adviser of the European Law Group.

At the beginning of the program, guests of the studio answered the questions of Marina Fialko concerning the rights of the guards to detain customers and verify their personal belongings, discussed the responsibility for committing theft and cases in which the stolen product in a supermarket would be classified as a crime, and in which a misdemeanor.
